COOK IN NATURE
Peppermint valley is known for generous land. Here most of the farming is organic and the soil enjoys both good sun and abundant water thanks to the melted snow from the Atlas mountains and the rich water table. In our cooking, we give priority to locally grown vegetables, fruits and are happy to take you in a nice walk to harvest herbs we use both in our teas and cuisine. Bessaha W Raha!
The flow of the Day:
Join us for a wonderful cooking class in nature and in the Atlas Mountains. We are only 50mn away from Marrakech and together we learn the secret of The Moroccan cooking using purely fresh organic ingredients Our Peppermint Valley is offering. Welcome!
- 9 am drive from Marrakech.
- 9:45 – 10:15 am Visit the Berber market. Shop for ingredients
- Smooth walk at Peppermint Valley
- 11:15 am arrive at our eco-house. Welcome Peppermint Tea
- 11:30 am Start the cooking course with our chef
- Lunch around 1:45 pm.
- 4 pm drive back to Marrakech.
- 5 pm drop you at your hotel
